Transfer PayPal to Natwest and account for it there. Ignore Stripe and Wise if there is no business during period. Only do Natwest.

• Make folder Accounts February 2022 - April 2022 (similar)
• Open links... (all links open in new window) but don't click anything yet
• Get USD exchange rates from HMRC...
• Open Navicat > IMRES 2024 > imresuk1_audiomasterclass > bkm_exchange_rates_usd and enter exchange rates to date.
• Go to stripe.com... > reports > balance summary > range of dates > balance change from activity > export > itemised > all & all > download > rename stripe-220430 (last day of period)
• Go to wise.com... > Imaginative Resources Ltd. > USD > ... Statements and reports > Statements > Custom Create Statement > range of dates > usd > csv (fees shown separately [check that] > Generate > Download > rename wise-220430 (last day of period) !This seems to have changed. Perhaps csv has changed.!
• May need to do Wise GBP - not sure if process available yet (May 27 2022)
• Go to NatWest... > view transactions > search (range of dates) > download > csv > rename natwest-330430 (last day of period)
• In audiomasterclass.co.uk/bkm, upload csv files to corresponding folders
• Open in Dreamweaver /bkm/import-stripe.php and change date to end of period (this could be smoother)
• Go to audiomasterclass.co.uk/bkm/import-stripe.php > check end of page for no errors > check entries in bkm_stripe table
• Open /bkm/import-wise.php and change date to end of period (this could be smoother)
• Go to audiomasterclass.co.uk/bkm/import-wise.php > check end of page for no errors > check entries in bkm_wise table
• Open /bkm/import-natwest.php and change date to end of period (this could be smoother)
• Go to audiomasterclass.co.uk/bkm/import-natwest.php > check end of page for no errors > check entries in bkm_natwest table
• Open /bkm/import-paypal.php and change date to end of period (this could be smoother)
• Go to audiomasterclass.co.uk/bkm/import-paypal.php > check end of page for no errors > check entries in bkm_paypal table ("Date" should not be in quotse in the CSV) (There is an issue for payments from NonLinear)
• Go to add-detail-wise.php
• Go to add-detail-natwest.php
• Go to analysis-expenses-natwest.php > dates > will generate csv and download > check that bkm_summary_and_vat is updated
• Go to analysis-expenses-paypal.php > dates > will generate csv and download THIS DID NOT UPDATE DATABASE SEPT 2022
• Go to analysis-expenses-wise.php > dates > will generate csv and download
• Go to analysis-revenue-stripe.php
• Go to analysis-revenue-natwest.php
• Go to analysis-revenue-paypal.php
• Go to analysis-revenue-wise.php THERE NEVER IS ANY (I THINK)
• At this point there should be a full set of csv files for Natwest, PayPal, Wise and the original Stripe
• Now go to vat-return.php
• Go to My Tax Digital

Take care that transfers in Natwest have been recorded as such and not as expenses. I made some errors in earlier periods. I should tell AS when I submit tax return. I don't think it affects VAT amounts payable or reclaimable.
